1. Digital Goods & Immediate Delivery
VEZO sells digital in-game items for Roblox games, delivered directly to your account. All sales are for digital products delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you request immediate delivery of your digital items and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

2. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly or manually to your account, all purchases are non-refundable once delivery has been completed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Buyer's remorse or accidental purchases
• Providing an incorrect Roblox username or account details
• Failure to follow the delivery instructions (e.g. not enabling trades, not joining the server)
• Items already delivered to your account
• Account bans, item loss, or changes resulting from actions by Roblox or the game developers after delivery
  

3. Delivery Guarantee
We are committed to delivering every order. If we are unable to deliver your purchased items within the timeframe stated at checkout, you may contact us to arrange either (a) delivery of your items, or (b) a full refund of the undelivered order. This applies only to orders we have genuinely failed to deliver — not to orders already fulfilled.

4. Incorrect Information
It is your responsibility to provide the correct Roblox @username (not display name) and to follow all delivery instructions. Orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you are not eligible for a refund. Contact us and we will work with you to complete delivery.

5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered order is considered fraudulent and a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban the associated account and Roblox username from VEZO and to submit evidence of delivery to the payment provider.

6. Contact
If you have any issue with your order, contact us before taking any other action and we will help resolve it.

7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law where those rights cannot legally be waived.
