1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from VEZO, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. What We Provide
VEZO sells digital in-game items for Roblox games and delivers them to the account you specify. We are an independent service. VEZO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Roblox Corporation or any game developers. All game names, items, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are a minor, you may only use VEZO with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

4. Orders & Delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate order information, including the correct Roblox @username (not display name), and for following all delivery instructions. Delivery times are estimates. Delivery requires you to complete the necessary in-game steps (such as joining the correct server and enabling trades). We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information or your failure to follow instructions.

5. Payment
All prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks; see our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use VEZO for any unlawful purpose; attempt to defraud us or our payment providers; abuse, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems; or harass our staff. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or ban users at our discretion.

7. Risk Acknowledgement
You understand that buying, selling, and trading in-game items may be against the terms of service of Roblox and the relevant games, and that doing so is at your own risk. VEZO is not responsible for any action taken against your account by Roblox or any game developer, including bans, item removal, or loss of value, before or after delivery.

8. No Warranty
VEZO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEZO's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VEZO after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law where those rights cannot legally be waived.
